Thinking of becoming a Club Member? We’d love to have you! Here’s how it all works:

Each month, we'll curate a personalized shipment of great gear based on what you tell us you like (and don't like) in your sign up quiz. On the 1st of each month, we’ll hand-select your Club Shipment and notify you via e-mail or text. From there you have until the 5th of month to skip or modify your shipment. Once you’ve locked in your shipment, we’ll charge and ship it out between the 6th and 15th of the month. Sit back, kick your feet up, and your curated collection of goods will be there at your door before you know it.

There are no membership fees, so if you decide to skip a shipment, you won’t be charged anything. It’s a personalized membership that you control. Plus, you get access to preferred-pricing on items across the site. 

We currently offer three membership tiers.

Each month, we’ll hand select 1-4 items for a total of up to $59 in gear. This gives you flexibility in choosing what's right for you.

Your personalized monthly Club Shipment will be up to 40% and no less than 20% off traditional retail pricing. Not only that, you’ll get access to Member exclusive pricing on items throughout the site.

What’s a box, you ask? Great question! 

Basically, it's a collection of awesome products packaged together. In a box. 

You could call it a Box of Awesome. As a matter of fact, we do. We literally trademarked "Box of Awesome."

Each box is built around a specific story or theme, with the goal of introducing you to something new – a better way to shave, a stylish take on barware, a new hobby, stuff like that. Some boxes have one featured item, some boxes have 4 or 5 that go well together. You can always expect a value of around $70 - and sometimes even more - in each standardly priced box. 

Our premium $99 and $199 tiers let you access the above and more!

Premium tiers get preloaded with 2 - 5 items, personalized to you based on your interests. You gain even more control to customize your shipment, and save on the gear you really want. Like the standard membership, everything is at least 20% off and often closer to 40% off traditional retail pricing. You'll also still have access to our amazing boxes. 

Are Club Shipments the same price each month?

Not necessarily. We will always select items for your monthly Club Shipment based on the tier you select. For example, if you sign up for the $99 tier, you can expect your initial Club Shipment to be $99. That being said, swapping or adding items could affect your overall total for the month. You’ll always be able to view your updated total when swapping or adding items by clicking into the box icon on the top right hand corner of the home page.

Returns typically take about 2-3 weeks to process. This accounts for the time it takes the shipping carrier to deliver your return to our warehouse, and the time it takes our warehouse team to inspect your return and restock the products you’ve sent back.

Once your return has been received and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email - as long as you have opted into receiving e-mails from us.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 5–7 business days via standard shipping. Expedited options are available at checkout.

You'll get tracking info as soon as your order ships. If something's taking longer than expected, reach out - we'll look into it.

All orders over $95 to the lower 48 states qualify for free standard shipping. Otherwise, standard shipping is $4.95 to the lower 48 states.

Some larger sized items, like furniture pieces, will include an additional 'oversized' shipping fee. This fee will be clearly indicated on the product page before you finalize your purchase.

For all shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, there is an additional $10 charge. That offsets the shipping costs we pay to get your package to those locations.

Orders typically ship within 24-48 business hours from time of purchase.

Once your order has shipped, standard shipping in the lower 48 takes 3–8 business days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can take 10–20 business days.

For the lower 48 in the US, you can upgrade your ship method when checking out. The expected delivery date for upgraded ship methods will be listed during checkout.
