Need to set up a return? We can help! 

You can easily set up returns and exchanges by clicking here. Just enter your email or phone number along with your order number and follow the prompts from there!

Not sure of your order number? Head on over to the Orders page via your account. From there, click the Order ID of the order you’d like to return. This will expand the order details. From there, you’ll see a clickable ‘Return’ button. (Note: If you are having trouble viewing your order history, double check that you’re currently logged into your account.)

Clicking “Return” will take you to the return and exchange portal where you can:

  • Return for store credit
  • Return for refund to original payment method
  • Exchange for another item (including size or color changes)

Need a different size or color? You can handle that yourself through the exchange portal. Select the item you want to swap, choose your new size or color, and we'll take care of the rest.

After you've set up your return, you'll receive a prepaid return label via email (as long as you're opted into receiving emails from us).

Having trouble setting up your return after following the above steps? 

No worries! Just shoot an email us at support@revok.co. Let us know which item(s) you'll be returning along with your preference between a store credit, refund, or exchange and we'll take care of the rest!

Reach out us via text or email before setting up your return so we can assist! 

I did all this but I didn’t receive a return label, what do I do?

As long as you’re opted into receiving emails from us, you should receive an email with your return label and instructions within just a few minutes of setting up your return. Sometimes the label will be sorted into your email server’s Spam, Promotions, Updates, or Social folder. Running a search for ‘support@revok.co’ in your inbox should pull the return label up.
